How do I get a tax receipt for my monthly donations?
By default, no receipt will be issued for monthly donations before the start of a new year, when we automatically generate the receipts and send you an email so you can download it. There is no action required on your part to make this happen.
If, however, you require a tax receipt for donations made so far in the year, or are putting a stop to your donations and want a receipt right away, you can log into your donor account, access the “Donations & Receipts” tab, and click on the “Generate Receipt” button to create a tax receipt for all the donations without a receipt in your account.
