Why did the charity receive a higher or lower amount than the amount on my cryptocurrency donation receipt?
Your donation receipt reflects the exchange rate of your cryptocurrency at the time it was sold. The amount disbursed to each charity reflects the actual price at the time of sale less the non-commercial CanadaHelps fee.
