I’ve misplaced/can’t find my tax receipt. How can I get a new one?
You can easily obtain all of your charitable receipts for donations made using CanadaHelps, completing this simple form https://www.canadahelps.org/en/ReceiptDownload.aspx
Alternatively, if you make donations with an email address for which you have a donor account, you can easily review your donation history and download one or all of your receipts at any time by logging into your account and clicking the “Donations & Receipts” tab.
