Help for Donors

As long as the charity has set up funds for their CanadaHelps account, you will be able to select one from their fund drop-down list.

The section for funds will read: “Apply your donation to a fund set up by this charity.”

This should appear right under the field where you can enter your donation amount. If neither the above mentioned, nor a drop-down list appears, then the charity has not created funds for donors to select from. It is also always possible, whether a fund drop down menu is present to or not, for you to leave a message for the charity indicating where you would like your donation to be allocated.
