Can I buy tickets for others?
Yes. You can buy up to the maximum number of tickets allowed by the event organizer for friends, families and colleagues. However, only you (the purchaser) will receive a charitable tax receipt (if applicable).
If I purchase tickets for others, do I have to give them their ticket?
As the ticket purchaser, you will be sent a PDF file containing all the tickets that you purchased so that you can distribute them amongst your peers.
If the charity running the event decides to collect attendee information, you will be asked to provide your attendee’s email address. In this case, the attendee will receive their own email letting them know someone purchased a ticket for them, along with their ticket and a link to event details.
