Help for Donors

Yes! You have the option of either sharing your name, mailing address and e-mail address with the charity or charities you are donating to, or selecting one of the two anonymity preferences. The two options allow you to either remain completely anonymous, or to share only your name and email address.

Please note that CanadaHelps will always need to collect your information in order to process your transaction. These anonymity options only affect the charity or charities receiving your donation.

These options are available on the Giving Basket page, where you can complete your donation; you can also permanently save your anonymity preference in your CanadaHelps donor account, under your “Account Settings”.
