There is usually a processing time for transactions to appear on your credit card statement. Typically, within 24 hours the transaction will be displayed as an authorized charge on your credit card statement.

Unfortunately, email addresses are not visible. You will have the ability to view your donors name , donation amount, and any personalized message that was left on your donor page. This information is available under the Fundraising Page, Donations Tab.
Yes, simply: Login to your donor account. Click on the tab “Fundraising Pages” and click the “Edit” button. 3. Use the tabs along the top to make the any changes to your page and make sure to Save (bottom of your screen).
Please click here , then select ” Check my Gift Card Balance”. Enter the Gift Card number (case sensitive) and your Gift Card balance will display on the screen.
The donation process is the same as making a regular donation. The system will ask you for your payment type, at this section, please select “CanadaHelps Gift Card” and enter the 8 digit Gift Card code (case sensitive) and proceed to the check out.
The individual who purchased the Gift Card will be issued a tax receipt at the time of purchase. The recipient of the Gift Card is not issued an additional receipt.
