If you are seeing this error codes then follow these steps:

  1. Try clearing Browser Cache & Cookies (through “History” tab in Browser), then reload the donation page and attempt again
  2. Ensure the browser is up to date (Check browser settings for this).
  3. Try using a different browser to process donations. We recommend either using Google Chrome, FireFox, or Edge.
  4. Ensure your payment details are entered correctly. If they are, try using a different payment method.

If you are still receiving an error after these steps, you can report the error to our Support Team. Please include the following information in your report so we can assist you the best way possible:

  1. The error code number
  2. URL (website link) you attempted donation on
  3. Date & time of your attempt
  4. What payment method you were trying to use

Do you have a Donor Account with us? Were you logged into this account at the time of the attempt?
