If you are seeing this error codes then follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that your payment details have been entered correctly. 
  2. Try to clear your Browser Cache & Cookies (to do this, go to the “History” tab in your Browser and Clear Cached Images and Files as well as Cookies – these steps will vary by browser type), then reload the donation page and attempt again.
  3. If the error still appears, try a different payment method.

If you are still receiving an error after these steps, you can report the error to our Support Team. Please include the following information in your report so we can assist you the best way possible:

  1. The error code number
  2. URL (website link) you attempted donation on
  3. Date & time of your attempt
  4. What payment method you were trying to use

Do you have a Donor Account with us? Were you logged into this account at the time of the attempt?
