If you are seeing these error codes then follow these steps:
- Verify your address used for the donation, and Address tied to your credit card (if a credit card was used) and ensure that these match.
- Verify that your payment details are correct.
- Ensure that there is no “cap” on your credit card that is being surpassed, issued by bank (if your credit card was used)
- Try another payment method.
If you are still receiving an error after these steps, you can report the error to our Support Team. Please include the following information in your report so we can assist you the best way possible:
- The error code number
- URL (website link) you attempted donation on
- Date & time of your attempt
- What payment method you were trying to use
