If you are seeing these error codes then follow these steps:

  1. Try logging out of your CanadaHelps account, clearing your browser cache  (to do this, go to the “History” tab in your Browser and Clear Cached Images and Files as well as Cookies – these steps will vary by browser type) log back in, then attempt your donation again.
  2. Ensure your address is saved in your account and is filled in correctly.

If you are still receiving an error after these steps, you can report the error to our Support Team. Please include the following information in your report so we can assist you the best way possible:

  1. The error code number
  2. URL (website link) you attempted donation on
  3. Date & time of your attempt
  4. What payment method you were trying to use

Do you have a Donor Account with us? Were you logged into this account at the time of the attempt?
