How do I get my tax receipt?
All tax receipts are issued to the email address provided at the time of the donation, unless you have a donor account and selected the “Send me a single receipt at the end of the year with all of my donations.” receipt option. If you cannot find your tax receipt in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder.
If you still can’t find your tax receipt, you have a few options:
- If you have a CanadaHelps donor account, please log in to your account to access your tax receipts.
- You can use our tax receipt download tool by entering the email address you used when making your donation(s), and selecting the year during which they were processed. Your receipt(s) will be emailed directly to your inbox.
- If you still cannot find your receipts, or if you made a donation with an incorrect email address, please contact us. We can re-send all tax receipts that have been misplaced or not received.
