Help for Donors

To update the credit card information you have with CanadaHelps, please follow the steps below:

1.  Sign in here
2.  Log in using your email address and password
3.  Click on your name or email address located at the top right hand corner next to “Giving Basket“
4.  Click on the “Your Account Settings” tab
5.  Scroll down to the “Your Payment Information” section
6.  Click on the “Change” button and make the necessary modification and hit “Save”.

Please note: If any donation was not processed, you can make a manual one-time donation to the charity using the updated credit card information.
