How do I unsubscribe from emails?

CanadaHelps sends two types of emails: 

  1. Transactional emails are automated emails that contain relevant information for each individual recipient and are sent in response to an action you have already taken on CanadaHelps.org (such as receiving a tax receipt after making a donation or a reminder to complete your donation). Because their purpose is to give relevant and timely information, you cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails. 
  2. Marketing emails are sent to promote CanadaHelps products and services and encourage the recipient to take a specific action. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Simply click the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of all marketing emails.
