If I unsubscribe from CanadaHelps eNewsletters, will I still receive tax receipts and account related messages?
Yes! We will still send you tax receipts, confirmations of donations you’ve made and other account or service-related emails. These emails cannot be turned off. By opening a free CanadaHelps account, you can control how often you’d like to receive your tax receipts in your account-settings. Choose from a receipt for every donation, for every transaction or an annual receipt sent at the end of the calendar year.
And remember, you can always view your receipts at any time by logging into your free CanadaHelps account.
